About Nicole

I’m an UESCA-certified ultra running coach, mom of teenagers, business owner, and ultrarunner who has rebuilt from injury (a few times) and understands what it takes to train with a full life.
I became a coach because I love helping people discover what they’re capable of—especially when they don’t see it yet.
I'm one of the founders of Philadelphia Trail Sisters and SHEastern States Weekend and have a passion for getting more women out on the trails.
Sometimes you just need someone in your corner to quiet the noise, simplify the process, and help you trust your own strength.
What is Linva?
Linva represents finding your line — the path that aligns with your values, your strengths, and your long-term vision.
On a technical trail, the line isn’t given to you. You read the terrain. You adjust your footing. You choose your way forward in real time. It’s not perfect & it’s rarely straight, but it’s yours.
That same idea carries into how we train & how we live.
There’s no single path to progress. Life shifts. Schedules change. Energy fluctuates. Linva is about learning how to adapt without losing momentum. It’s about staying consistent, making smart adjustments, & building trust in your own decisions.
It’s not about chasing the perfect plan.
It’s about finding your line & moving forward with purpose.
Mission
We are driven by our core philosophy: That any goal can be achieved through consistency, adaptability, and determination. By showing up and doing the unglamorous work, rolling with the punches, and persevering long enough to see the outcomes, you can reach and even exceed your goals, in running and in life.
